Bikram yoga is great if you want to lose weight because it will improve your metabolism and your digestive system. But because of Bikram’s intensity, it is not recommended for everyone so if you have any health-related issues such as heat intolerance and heart disease, make sure you talk to your doctor before trying this form of yoga.
