Cons

Juice is not nutritionally equivalent to whole produce – Fruit and vegetable juice cannot replace all the nutrients and good benefits that you get from eating whole fruits and vegetables. This is because the all-important fiber along with essential nutrients that are contained in the pulp gets stripped away during the juicing process and is left behind in your juicer.

Juice can be high in calories and sugars – The majority of the calories contained in fruit juice especially, are actually derived from their high amount of natural sugar from fruits and some vegetables. So consuming too much fruit in you juices can end up being a highly concentrated source of calories. When you juice make sure it is mostly comprised of vegetables and not fruits.
