Body implant procedures such as calf augmentation are an in-demand procedure for body builders. In cases where body building has achieved great results except in the calf area which is under-defined, calf augmentation will add balance and definition to a body builder’s physique. Body implants can define and add volume to the face, chest, arms and buttocks. Implants come in a variety of shapes, sizes and degrees of firmness and can last for up to 30 years.

High Definition Liposculpture

This relatively new technique uses selective ultrasound-assisted liposuction to define and enhance the appearance of already well defined muscles. A cannula suctions fat in the superficial layers of fat between and above the muscles to make them more prominent. This method is also suitable for patients who are extremely fit but are having difficulty in shifting areas of fat (mainly in the abdomen, male chest and upper arms) and have been unable to improve muscle definition even with rigorous training.

Liposuction

Liposuction is another common cosmetic surgery procedure that is performed on men. Liposuction involves the removal of excess body fat from problem areas, typically around the abdominal area, the thighs, and the underarms that has not responded to diet and exercise. With liposuction, a small amount of fat, usually between five to ten pounds, is removed to improve the symmetry of body line.

Rhinoplasty

Nose shaping surgery for Men is now a common procedure. Often men have experienced nasal trauma resulting for sport injuries or accidents as children and they wish to improve the appearance of their nose or correct the breathing function. Rhinoplasty is a relatively quick procedure usually only taking one and a half hours. Patients can expect to return to work after a splint has been is worn on the nose for about one week to ten days.

As you can see, when it comes to plastic surgery for men there are a number of different options that will enable you to improve, enhance or correct your physical appearance. Whatever your motivation for changing aspects of your face or body when you realize that incredible transformations can happen with the hands of a highly skilled surgeon, you may find, Plastic Surgery could also change your life.
